Modern craft, modern intelligence.
Adhunik means modern. We think modernity is earned through discipline, not chased through trends. This page is the discipline, written down.
The lab method
Five steps, a verification gate between each. New tools, old discipline: the method is what makes frontier AI safe to build with.
Understand
Every engagement starts with the problem, not the ticket. We write a short brief that states what we are building, who it is for, and why it should exist. If we cannot write that brief, we are not ready to build.
You approve the brief before design begins.
Design
Product and interface take shape together: the plan, the screens, the flows, and the technical foundation underneath them. Decisions are written down, so they can be argued with.
You approve the plan and the design before a line of production code.
Build
The plan is broken into small, ordered pieces, each one buildable and reviewable on its own. We work on a modern stack with continuous integration from day one, so the project is always in a shippable state.
Every piece passes review before it joins the build.
Verify
Work is checked against the plan before the line moves: automated tests, code review, and evals wherever AI is involved. An eval is an automated check that measures AI quality the way tests measure code.
A broken check stops the line. It does not ship around the failure.
Ship
You hold the final release. After launch we stay for the unglamorous part: monitoring, iteration, and hardening, because that is where software earns trust.
The final merge is always an explicit human decision.
What we hold ourselves to

Evidence over adjectives
We would rather show a working system than describe one. Claims on this site link to things you can click.
Humans steer
AI does the labour; people make the calls. Every consequential decision in our process has a named human owner.
One system, no drift
Plans, designs, and builds stay connected. When a requirement changes, everything that depends on it is revisited, not discovered later.
Small pieces, reviewed
Large launches hide large risks. We ship in small, ordered increments that can each be understood, tested, and reversed.
How an engagement runs
No mystery, no black box. This is the shape of working with us, from the first call to the handover.
Kickoff
We meet, we listen, and we write the brief. You will know within days whether we are the right fit, because we will tell you.
Weekly rhythm
A standing demo of working software, not a status deck. Progress is something you can use, every week.
Gates and decisions
At each gate you approve, edit, or redirect. Changing your mind early is cheap; our process is built to keep it cheap.
Handover
Your code, your accounts, your documentation. We build for a clean exit, and we are easiest to keep when we are easiest to leave.
